    During the limited growing and harvesting months our greens, tomatoes, herbs and various vegetables are supplied by our very own Farmer Jeff Pratt and his 1 acre farm.

    Our Executve Chef, Aureon Nommik, brings a wealth of experience and passion to our kitchens. His extensive culinary training at New england culinary instiute and love for Mediterranean foods inspire him to create dishes that are both traditional and innovative.

    He enjoys teaching and experimenting with new flavors and techniques, his creativity shines through in every dish he prepares.
